I’m making a few assumptions: 1) at least some buyers and sellers will accept much less agent handholding than commonly assumed, 2) the primary value that agents add is a) pricing guidance and b) advising clients on offers and counter-offers, and 3) there’s no truly compelling reason why North America has the highest average commissions in the rich world.

Yes I too listened to his podcast today and agree with the above comment he pretty much was saying how to good and too busy he is to come on BP and answer our questions.Funny how he is too good too spend time on BP but has no problem accepting all the free promotion his two appearances on the BP podcast have given his company.

I've underwritten hundreds of deals, submitted tens of LOIs and not had a single one accepted- The BRRRRs I did do weren't true BRRRRs because of low appraisals, or not accounting for all costs properly and I ended up leaving around $10k for each one in the deal.
