I have the calls go to a Google Voice # and then I check Google voice and ask for an email address to which I send an overview of the Rent to Own program and a brief overview of the properties. 

Might be academic at this point, but could be useful in the future:A few months out, start going to open houses that will be comps in the near future.

(Im on my trade associations public policy committee, and this is an issue we have a big voice in)Also, Im just quoting these regs quick and off the top of my head, dont take them as the exact or only regs concerning this.In Montgomery County...it is hard to find a property that has the driveway space to make them legal.
