It would behoove everyone in this age of therapy/comfort/emotional support animals to stop using the word pet.

We have a strict No Pet Policy across all of our properties, AND also an Assistance Animal Policy that applies to all non-pets (Service Animals, Emotional Support Animals, Comfort Animals, Therapy Animals, or any animals by any other name).Fair Housing laws state that an "accommodation" can be requested at any time, before, during or after occupancy.

I hope to teach my kids what I've learn, but without the pain (or therapy bills!). 

Gloves, Tyvek suit, respirator, therapy.

Invite them to golf, coffee, tea, yoga! 

Also, as of late, tenants are pushing the "therapy animal" legal get around for "pets." 

All this is very familiar to me as I do Travel Physical therapy with many years experience, plenty of reserves, excellent credit history and a weekly bring home of approx 1400 net or better.  

Even though I work quite a bit, I still find time for yoga in my backyard, snowboarding 1 hour away from my home, I'm 15 minutes from 3 beautiful rivers and 1.5 hours from the Oregon coast.
