You can go to school and take a class and pay $1,000's or jump in he game and have some victories and lose.  

We close on Friday.So from the dumps on Tuesday afternoon I arrived in victory on Wednesday afternoon.

Over the last 6 months I’ve reached learned and done things I never imagined I would have done (title searches, writing contracts, owning land in a state I didn’t it live in😂) theres  been huge victories some  defeats as well.

I find often when I complete the first task it gives me power, drive and energy to keep the momentum going.As the captain of your life you create the conditions that will advance your position amidst even the most catastrophic storm.This framework is magic because victory is clearly defined, executing on this you can’t have a losing day.

HOA disputes, e.g. a unit owner wants to rent their place out and HOA rules say they can't, it's often tougher for the 1 unit owner to achieve victory.

Sounds like a hard won victory for you. 

But I consider it a major victory.
