Don't constantly shop and look at it just like a transaction.

Youll have to shop around and compare rate and terms with each option.

It's important to shop around and find a lender that will work with your current documentation.

I personally don't think they are just a shop set up to take 800 bucks from a bunch of people...

I mean i would not even go shopping unless i had the cash or financing arranged..

ITs how I ran my HML shops we lent the banks money  LOL.. boy it was good when it was good.. borrow at 5 lend at 20... 15% on the delta made for a nice living if you can scale it..

(This is already a bit ironic, because my full-time job, 50+ hours and 5-6 days a week is shopping for rates and products, so I am pretty good at it). 

Am I alone in finding that in today's market, wholesalers tend to be able to bring properties at the same price points as you can find by shopping at foreclosure auctions?
