I don't necessarily have the expertise to know which semiconductor, artificial intelligence, marijuana, or blockchain company is going to be the next big winner; however I do know that regardless of how one company does, these industries are on the rise, therefore I invest in ETFs that follow the index of these industries I just mentioned.

Liberal immigration policy brings in outside immigrants that will vote in their favour. they also try to get votes from violent criminals and anywhere else they can (at least in Canada). the outcome of these policies in Canada tripled organized crime and Toronto the good became Toronto the gang war turf. real estate became the new marijuana plantations.

Some specific things I can tell you about the Spokane/North Idaho market- I have noticed that once marijuana became legalized in Washington, properties on the Idaho side of the border started becoming more expensive than properties on the Washington side.
