NAR will continue fighting for relief for small businesses, employers and the self-employed workforce, which are the backbone of our economy.

It could be worth researching if there are any new, or alternative options for your financing because of the coronavirus because you may be able to qualify for a "relief" loan of sorts that could have better terms than what you're in right now.  

If your income has been reduced because of COVID-19, you may be eligible for mortgage relief.  

Everyone has been affected in some way, and this is an opportunity for us to provide some financial relief during this difficult and uncertain time.

Maybe if we ever get some of that relief cash that the Feds keep talking about I will dump that into stocks since I'm not hurting for cash....just dont have extra to gamble on. 

Fannie and Freddie will grant owners of multifamily properties who are "negatively affected by the coronavirus national emergency" forbearance of mortgage payments... as long as they don't evict renters who are unable...

My home state of NH has put a moratorium on the eviction process.At the same time, I have a roommate who appears to have fallen off the wagon, perhaps as a response to him losing his job in a mass layoff.His behavior has been erratic, he has started having frequent "social" calls lasting 5 minutes or less, and he is bringing people into the house who make me uncomfortable and who scare my partner.During this period in which states have placed a moratorium on evictions, is there any possible relief for people who need to get rid of someone who is renting a room in their primary residence?

Hello to all new or newer investors! Just an FYI, I have loans on most of my houses, both 30 yr fixed residential loans that I took out in my own name and commercial loans through the business but personally guarantee...

Now my 160k loan is ballooned to 15% with no relief for covid and the house isn’t complete.
