If you are not a subscriber to the Saint Louis Business Journal, go to the local library and review the various categories and/or the 'Book of lists' published by the Journal. 

Restaurant or Bar seems to work but I've also seen groups meet at the library.

We have a 4 Plex right next to the Beaverton library where we could develop 11 units, but we haven’t moved on it because we believe the cost of building is so high... and as well we are trying to buy the lot next door so we could build 20 units total. 

He says it would improve home resale value and we could use 3-prong outlets (that actually serve a purpose) so things like PC's and other devices that require that plug could have grounding.Has anyone done this or have any insights?
