That would put me in the no camp.

Not because I was going to follow this package to the T, become a millionaire overnight, but because I was too lazy to bring it to the Post Office. 

Going from a small hobby portfolio to a large portfolio overnight could be disastrous.

(And you can't park on city streets overnight.)

This best is real and possible but if you think its going to happen over night with minimal effort then you are greatly mistaken.

When we arrived there were a few people with a camp fire over by the garage. 

Most likely, I will be choosing from Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville NC, Camp Pendleton in California, or 29 Palms in California as well.

Granted this is an unusual market, especially with the added impact of the Camp Fire, but the cost is what people are paying, insured or not.
