buying land and selling it to Microsoft or is it on me to build a data center that will be leased/acquired by the likes of Microsoft?

Likely room for improvement in that space though, especially something that included add-ins for Office/Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace.If others are like me and my team, transitioning from purchase to rehab to rental to refi (follow the BRRRR) wasn't super smooth and we're still building out tools and processes to automate and stay on top of things.

I've heard of many different platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Discord, Trello, Asana, Salesforce, etc.

Zoom or Microsoft Teams or Skype are all great for something like this and you can get a great feel for a market with a video chat.Start, right from the beginning, doing real estate investing the way you want to do it for the rest of your life and you'll get the most fulfillment and enjoyment from it.

This is not buying Microsoft at .02 cents a share and making 10 billion off it in 30 years.

For years, Microsoft paid NO dividend. 

With easy money rates close to the true inflation rate, many PIs follow the lead of Google, Microsoft, Apple, etc.

Or use the Microsoft excel, loan amortization template.

My husband soon joined me; he left his 20 year career at Microsoft to become COO at eXp World Holdings.
