They are usually NG and propane compatible and I'm speculating that a lot of the maintenance/longevity issues can be sorted out by doing a proper installation with water filters to cut down on heat exchanger scaling, which seems to be on of the biggest complaints.So I'm betting on the newer, more efficient technology but I also see the draw towards sticking proven oil boilers.

America.but must air seal as it will bring warm air from conditioned spaces to basement. dehumidifier produces heat as by product, and takes more electric to operate. if go with dehumidifiers get large comm heavy ones with humidistat and direct drain. no one will walk away with it. 300lbsdont just open window unless dry air cat 1 wind blowing straight in.it wont remove moisture only feed it. i use activtek  air scrubbers secured to a bracket holding plate. it kills protects 2000-10k sqft of mold bacteria, and reduces moisture as its byproduct of technology esp basements.

Cell towers technology can change where the tower is no longer needed for a carrier, they can find a better spot to move to, cell companies can merge and now no longer need duplicate sites, etc.

I don't know exactly why they left, but they weren't with the company long enough to experience any kind of slow down.Personally, because of the technology they offer, my business has exploded this year.I've never had clients comment on my brokerage and if it were me buying or selling, I don't care about the brokerage.
