I mean really so many of these properties are so cheap if you can't scrap 30 to 50k together maybe this is not the thing to be doing.What Ohio flippers that are not licensed need to look out for is there is going to be some heavy hitters that will see this as an opportunity to knock out the competition by just hiring someone to respond to craigslist adds and turn those folks in..

I can't imagine a 3 bedroom in 950 sq. ft (I would probably knock out a wall and make a bigger master, if possible)Possible grants from the city for rehab on the exterior because it is in "old town" on "main street" -- they should have an interest in collecting taxes from a new owner after almost 20 years of an exempt status.

The real wonder will be if this formula (here) I purchased from Home Depot will knock out the stump afterward.I got 4 of them just in case one doesn't do the trick.
