Just stashing cash from any closings I get as an agent. 

I pretty much blew my stash on the apartment, and it will take some time to save another 30% for a down payment for something substantial. 

Once you start with joker brokers.. all the folks with no money who are trying to wholesale notes. .. the same BS  sign this NDA and I am a mandate to the tape.. you will get it..

The other big joker is opportunity cost of the money now. 

I was unable to get into that program because my undergrad gpa was not high enough, now I went on to 4.0 an MBA program at Baker and carry four addition A grades on my first four classes toward an MAOL (just to gain addition credits to teach and learn, my employer has 100% reimbursement program up to $5250 a year) so I’m not joker of a student, your program is certainly excellent; tough to get into.

Now, if you are thinking about an impending recession, you will be paralyzed and yoru brain will be hijacked by that thought and probably want to stash your cash under the mattress. 

I have a little bit stashed away to start investing but I am looking to do a mix of flipping and rentals.

We're basically  living for free over here so we're saving as much money as we can so when we return home, I'll have a nice stash of money to get started.

So where should I stash it?

When I PCS'd to Florida I decided not to buy, have been renting cheap, and have been stashing away extra cash.
