Somehow I like when CA company has slow hiring in CA and just hires a bunch of traditional engineers in India.

The most important thing is to hire someone with extensive real estate experience, and particularly with precisely the kind of deals you are doing.I actually have experience with this, as when I first started my company I outsourced bookkeeping to a company in India to save costs.  

I have them trained very well and it makes my management program extremely easy to run even when I take 30+ day vacations traveling to far away places like India.
