Since I'm from NY, and a female, the hardest part I've encountered is finding reliable people to help me with rehabbing and not rip me off.

In many cases they have their own management and some of them offer some warranty or guarantees on the rent or maintenance.Turnkey has NOTHING to do with cheap houses and even LESS to do with bad quality rehabs.That's like saying the definition of a male doctor is someone who drugs his female patients and molests them while they are unconscious :-)

The female will be in heat sometimes, and therefore bleeding a bit all over the house unless they make her wear a "diaper", which they may not from the sounds of their cleanliness level.But if you say no, do you have a feeling he'll do it anyway?

The Aussie just thought everyone pays rent on time ..I remember talking to one that was so frustrated because the rent was not like there rental in Sydney posted on the 2nd of every month ( actually every two weeks)  When I informed them that many if not all renters in lower end homes do not have checking accounts and never will be able to bank like they do .. they just could not understand that. top that off with 80 % of the tenants are single females with kids your just not going to get consistent cash flow ever...Sad state of affairs but reality or if you think I am wrong let me know.And like what I said about these crooks doing this business Sociopaths all sleep very well that's a medical fact.
