@Wen Chen Transferring your single-family home (SFH) to an SMLLC (single-member LLC), which is a disregarded entity for tax purposes, will not impact your ability to claim the Section 121 capital gains exclusion, provided you sell within three years of moving out (by 2026, not 2028).

The rates vary throughout the State because of the different millage rates and tax districts, but in Richland County for instance, the taxes essentially triple once it goes from legal resident to non legal residence

The problem with that is it'll be harder for the residents and the vendors to use the rentvine features as fewer people want to log in to a website from a smartphone.Also, it requires a lot of clicks/scrolling/opening new pages/tabs to get to where you want.
