I have an off-market deal that seems fairly promising to be mine—wanted to reach out and get opinions on the rental market there.

At this point, businesses are doing well with many new contracts and the port improvements (if that actually happens and isn’t just an election year promise)Our long terms have also been mostly on auto pilot, but our STR has performed well since launching mid-July.  

This is just a learning lesson, and I promise, 6 months from now, it will just be another one of those.Gino

Just be careful as you do not want to do anything that could look like mortgage fraud (fake master lease that just transitions over to you directly would be mortgage fraud and best to stay away from). 

They lure people in with the promise of a refund for Bad leads and there are nothing but bad leads and no refunds. 

but no one is promising you success, they're just performing a set of services.  

We also chose the wrong property management company who promised they could turn SECT 8 units easily.

Also, be careful with "fake I.D.s" - we have seen an unbelievable uptick with illegal immigrants, fake I.D.'

But I do worry that if you don't make another purchase or use the agent for a lease, they're just going to forget about you and break their promise to you.

I promise you there's always something to learn just stick to it a bit more.
