I'll talk to community members about donating time, either skilled (plumbers, electrician) or unskilled (help with demo).  

If anyone can pull it off its Carl... he also donated one to the local collage so they could practice on it he thinks its the future of affordable housing..

I ask that when you donate money to charity this coming year to please consider giving to "Operation Injured Soldiers" and/or "Homes for Troops".

The long term goal is to have enough passive income to be able to have time to donate my time to kids and philanthropy.

As the church is the borrower, there is no need for personal income/tax/credit verification---lending decisions are made in most part by the church's cash flow using one of the two following approaches:- Traditional DSCR approach (common amongst commercial lenders)- Multiple Income approach (giving value to collections, donations and using a multiple ranging from 2 to 4 times the Church's total income as a basis to determine max. loan amount).

You may be able to donate it to the city as a park or something similar, however there are often good reasons that are not immediately obvious as to why a lot isn't buildable.

What about donating to a good cause?  

She rents a place from us and we got to know her and then started donating to her and talking to some of our private lenders about donating as well.
