Basically I just signed up for the Joint Venture program with Richard Roop who leans towards owner financing using creative strategies and a long term hold approach.

Louis.There was another Flip This House where stuff kept disappearing and Richard and his brother (I think) laid in wait drinking beers waiting for the guys.

Keeping.....Richard Davis, owner of Trademark Properites, star of Flip that House and easily the most famous flipper in the country had this to say at the end of one of his shows where he rehabbed a multi-unit property (the big gray one) he owns.

I just had the opportunity to hear an update on the Las Vegas market from Richard Lee.

- Anything by Richard Roop is valuable.

On the flip side, I have talked with a contractor that does work for Richard Davis' Trademark Properties (formerly of Flip this House and currently doing Real Estate Pros on TLC), and he basically said that that guy is the real deal.

I have a very good investor/friend of mine which I call Rich (Richard) and his wife gets mad at me and says to call him Rick that he is anything but rich (LOL)!
