REI has the finest presentation in the industry in that regard I know when Chris walked me through a few years back I was VERY impressed and I have been around that industry since 2002.. 

I'm looking to lessen the load of work and concentrate on my exit strategy sometime within the next 10 years if not sooner.

This means building a budget that includes setting aside funds for your next investment.

I don't have a project lined up currently, as I think the project targets vary greatly on the result of this decision since there is so much equity in the condo.
