It will definitely be helpful.There are plenty of stuff that other major platform needs improvement on so if you can tackle those, it would be a game changer.

So I just signed up for Buildium and wanted to hear feedback about using their platform for accounting.

They had the engineer look through the usual listing platforms (we use Zillow, apartments.com, Furnished Finder, and Airbnb) and let them know which properties they were most interested in.

Zillow is adding climate risk scores powered by First Street for every for-sale listing on its platform.

I like this platform on BiggerPockets which allows people to connect with one another in a structured manner.

We will be using Airbnb.com but are looking for another software option for rentals not through their platform.
