So, offering them to just anyone and everyone will slow down our operation so unfortunately just freely offering our resources isn't feasible.Not comparing us to Apple haha but if someone wanted to build an iPhone themselves, I doubt Apple would give them contact details to their supplier in China or bank contacts in Ireland to avoid US taxes lol

Take a look at Reno, it's is a solid area for rentals because of the limited new construction, tech and manufacturing jobs moving to the area (Tesla, Apple, Switch etc.) along with the lithium loop of mining and recycling to manufacturing batteries and vehicles.

Sure, lots of homes get hit by tornadoes... but there are 1.7 million homes for the tornado to choose from... so if a couple of hundred homes are impacted by tornadoes in a year, that is 0.00011% of the houses in Oklahoma getting hit... but just like hurricanes it makes for great tv coverage, so it's easy to see where you would try to worry about it.

bay area is very niche because home appreciation is not following standard metric like population but following tech stock market index.in reality everyone in the world by purchasing apple and using google is pretty much generating wealth transfer from people in the world to people living in bay area.
