I wish I had known more about landscaping at the time, and didn't go cheap when it came to contractors.

I am not saying that to brag, the reason I say it is we all wish we could get into real estate at a younger age - but we are all different and depending on your level of risk, sometimes being patient is not a bad thing as its a marathon not a sprint.  

I wish I had enough sense to have started that early. 

I do not wish to waste my time watching videos,searching the internet for how tos and what I should be doing.

Really fun activity but also requires alot of energy and meditation to determine the right kind of structure to grace the land and also frame the view of the soft prairie slopes.So I travelled to Sedona I didn't buy property there I wish I had that kind of wealth haha.
