Yeah, we picked a winner (we actually thought they were great at first, with no criminal records, and fit our strict criteria).  

I have done a lot of research and a number of mid west cities seem to winners, Indy, St Louis, Memphis, Colimbus.

I don't want to sound like a Debbie Downer and fully agree that a property needing work can be a winner.

We both are employed with good jobs, but are looking to start a family soon and I will be the primary bread winner in about two years.

If you are serious about changing your quality of conversations and the love of love influence and friends and people that you have on a regular basis to Winners that are doing the thing every single day , then you need to join sub too!

Seems like beiges tans and whites are the winners, and grays are now passé. :-) 

After 6-8 months there was a clear winner and we gave them all of our business.

Do the homework and see if the market is a winner.
