I'm going to try to look up the county record to see if Propstream is completely accurate.It sounds like there is very little work that needs to be done on the house maybe some light cosmetic work.

Cover lighting in tray ceiling for dining room, coffered ceiling in living room, floor to ceiling tiled fireplace.

That can certainly work for things like solar and LED lights because you can easily calculate ROI for those known costs.

The apartment itself looks like fun and for its uniqueness of being a light house makes it for a good story that people would be signing up just to have bragging rights.
