Is the TV too high?  

Not amazing height but it'll be a great space for the kids to play, watch TV and not be able to hurt much.

Paper flipping certainly isn't glamorous and we won't see pretty people on TV flipping notes any time soon, but it certainly can be profitable!

Long story short, they now have a successful business, people are searching them by brand or go directly to their site (you don't need to do online marketing if you know the web address), and the individual who made the site does not do nothing and takes his commission while watching tv.

When these two dynamics are married, the need that is left unaddressed is the growing market for newer and better facilities/communities tailored to emerging retirees.Now that tells me something about supply and demand...I remember reading the book "Acres of Diamonds" but rather than talk about this pearl of wisdom here is the url for everyone to read (at their leisure) -- Lord knows we do enough reading on real estate alone...

I started watching a tv show about a family who lived in NY, they would live in the condo they renovate and sell it to multi millionaires.

The content was stolen from another site, or the website page-views were manipulated with bot traffic, or the organic traffic that the firm claimed responsibility for coincided with radio and tv advertising (branded terms that came through SEO, which isn't a result of SEO, it's a result of brand awareness), or analytics was manipulated to show false positives. 

If so, I would deck it out with a big TV and comfortable seating.  

Most are like the TV shows,,,installed on green dry wall with one sided 'mastic'. 

Large living area, flat screens TV's gas fireplaces etc etc The Airbnb people tell me I can expect between $300-$500 a night in season and between $200 and $400 off-season.
