So as an observer in the background then going on the bus tours and my wife and I chatting with students through out the 3 or 4 days.To me its just a cross section of America.. 

We scan the listings for all the properties in our target area all summer long, and tour a couple.

The Navy has given me many opportunities and life lessons that I'll always be grateful for, but we've made the decision to transition back to the civilian world.When we were transferred to Connecticut to begin our tour on the USS Virginia, we purchased our first home, using a VA, 3.75%, 30 year loan.

With that said, my understanding is that there are a couple of business's that lease some of the space and it appears that they do quite well in booking bus tours and professional conferences based on the traffic I see.

One big benefit of this is when people show for the open house, if there are many, my wife shows the house while I small talk with the waiters outside or I will tour a second group. 

This includes things like knowing how to provide a *useful* property tour via FaceTime or how to record a video tour and email it to the client.

Maybe a bigger pocket tour would be better...
