I thought about buying houses paid in cash and just soaking up the cash flow for years, but with the 1031 rules, I have to have a mortgage the same size as what I sold.

How much seed funding are you/others going to put into the business?

Kids are like sponges and soak up everything they see and hear.You are obviously a terrific role model and have a future partner!!

Money, your money "seed" money that is, should never be spent.  

Definitely spend some time and soak up as much as you can on BP, and reading some books.

Farmers also know (or learn) that it's unwise to only plant a single seed, and to expect a bountiful harvest.

The short version is there will come a time when paying for a mentor can be incredibly beneficial but before then take advantage of all the free resources you can get your hands on(blogs, videos, meet ups, etc) and soak it all up.  

Well, the mold hyphal matter (the spores/seeds, branches, etc.) have the allergen in their proteins.  

Plant that seed of easy interest without risk.
