In tertiary markets, I suppose you still have the medical professionals (nurses, doctors, etc) and law offices that do well.

Hello Everyone,         I know someone who's mother is in a nursing and has been for a few years due to no one else being able to care for them.

An individual can still offer financing on their own property without so called licensed practitioners who are looking for job security getting their hands in your pie.

However, I've been looking deep into the ins and outs of senior living and I'll share some of what I have found.There are several stages of care levels from fully independent living in age-restricted communities all the way to full medical care nursing homes.

Georgia Southern is a good place for some young professionals, especially with the hospital, and nurses make good tenants.
