It seems I need to be represented by a broker, but my concern is that all the brokers in my area also look to be investors and I am concerned that they won't have my best interest in mind.Anyone have a best practice for navigating this?

It helps closing both transactions with the same title company, but if the seller chose the title company be cognizant that title may let the seller know about the double closing, so you’ll want to navigate those waters carefully.
