You'll also want to know the cost of developing the lot which can involve clearing trees, padding the lot (leveling/adding dirt, etc), cost of undergrounds such as water/sewer, electrical, etc. and lastly, how long and/or difficult it will be for approvals with the city before you get started that way you know what you're up against.
