I have been listening to the personal finance podcasts with Scott & Mindy and my finances have transformed within 6 months.  

Complete major transformation, inside and out.

But I've decided that owning and running apartments is one of the few things (if not the only thing) that's ever actually, genuinely sounded both interesting and profitable to me, and I would love to devote my time and energy into starting a company and building it up to something significant.I like the idea of being able to do this in another state as well, but one step at a time. 

I wish it were someone that genuinely said hey come shadow me.

I hope that by joining this forum I can build some real genuine relationships and learn from some of the best in this field and then pass my knowledge onto someone else. 

He offered to do their side at a reduced commission of 2%.I genuinely like my realtor and don't want to mess up my relationship with him but don't understand why the buyer has to have a realtor or why I'd pay an extra 2%.Any insight would be greatly appreciated.  

All of those things you mentioned are attributes that I atleast think I have and this is something that I not only have passion about but genuine interest.

Infact it hurts the OP, if some one who has a genuine advice visits this topic , and they see that the thread is littered with ridicule and personal attacks about character , they would choose not to get involved .
