Three of the four are stained concrete floors, wooden cabin feel walls and doors, and pretty cute vinyl homes on the outside with metal roofs. 3 different properties, 3 different sewer connections, the lot beside the last one is owned by the only other house on the road.

LOL.get in the right spots rentals can be fine.. get in the wrong spot and you are going to deal with the meth druggies no doubt.Spring valley out east a little bit is a nice little area .. newer stuff.Upper lake is really cute and the down town has been made over nice.. we owed a 1,200 acre ranch that I grew up on when my dad was working the subdivisions and spent most of my summers there from 66 ish to 75ish.. its an eclectic place but it is regional with in the county some place icky some great. 

Don't get cute - just pay off the house.

My mom is a tax lawyer and a woman at her office helped me with an offer that I submitted earlier today.

The guest rules were no more than 3x sleep overs per week, and not more than 1 guest at a time.I chose this roommate to move in inside my home bc she is an older woman, whos a professional, and single, she told me she wouldn't have many guests she stays to her self and is very private and respectful.First month was great. 

This property went from a neighborhood scourge with disruptive tenants to a really cute and cozy home.

Secondly, I was so happy because they didn't want my first born (That would've been a deal breaker...hehe..I couldn't give away my little one he's just so cute:) But.. .seriously I can definitely relate in regards to not wanting to see the last two years tax returns.

Finally two beautiful young schools teachers, one with an impossibly cute precocious little daughter, rent the house.  

Is a good woman.

I just gave away a cute, well kept 3/2, 1500 sq. ft house to someone taking it outside of the city.
