@Greg Dickerson that makes complete sense.. truly I’m in no stage to put up capital for down payments anymore being i have a Orbisor which we talked about my travel start up taken the savings i did have and we don’t launch till September so no capital from that to until after September.So I’m looking to be very creative and share profits with partners with the capital and any-connections to help me build BlckOak.com into a true ibuying real estate platform.

For instance, the condominium we currently own is valued by the county at $170,000 but when we look it up on www.zillow.com, it's value is $196,000.

I really am trying to disengage from you as you are obtuse and unwilling to accept facts but before you go assigning exercises professor, please provide the name of any lenders who use any of the other Fico variants, I'll save you time, there are none so before launching into a lecture of the Fico versions history...its just that, history that has no practical purpose in this thread and certainly not to the OP.
