I have always been interested in real estate as my adult life has spanned the 80s through today and i have seen a lot of appreciation over the years.  

I've lived with them my entire adult life, spent a lot of time traveling and staying in hostels and all that.

If they're professional adults, they'll understand.

However, they installed what I swear was a little tiny kids toilet in my bathroom at first when I ordered an ADA adult sized one, they forgot a recessed 'picture alcove' that was supposed to be in the master bath when framing/drywall, and other small details like that. 

And as far as a 40 dollar per adult app..that is steep...that comes out to 80 dollars per couple.

As it turns out it's just 10% office politics and 90% adult babysitting.Try calling them a couple more times.

We are adults just as our fellow male counterparts.

Parents used my social security and ran up huge electric, gas and phone bills that I got to adopt as an adult poor.

And most were adults, not 7 years old, which I think is what you are actually alluding to.
