I have enjoyed the forum, webinars, Youtube videos and webinars

I have been reading a ton of BP and other books on REI investing and listening to BP podcasts and other YouTube videos and am very interested in starting my investment journey.

To add some context, I have sent in all required documentation for a pre-approval to a local mortgage broker, and I am consistently analyzing deals and learning as much as I can through BP, books, YouTube, etc. 

I actually have boiler plate text that I usually just copy and paste each time, giving people a quick intro and the link to my Cleveland-focused website and YouTube channel... then it basically concludes with “after digging into all of this let me know what specific questions you have”... 9 times out of 10 they say “oh, ok I will dig into it!”
