RCN and LendingHome are pretty aggressive in NJ for the bridge financing. 

It has the capability to structure a deal where you may need to convert a bridge loan to a permanent refinance option.

That single bridge over to the island can be a nightmare.

So when you hear the guys talking about all of the distressed multifamily deals that are going to be coming soon because the operators can't refi out of their 2 and 3 year bridge debt they used to take down the deal in 2021 or early 2022… Yep.

It sounds like she should do a refinance/rehab bridge loan with a very light rehab to get a small escrow and then do the blanket refi on the back end.
