I'd suggest you list who is to do what as well and what you guys agree to, keeping personal items out of living areas, who cooks who cleans what, etc.

One thing to note is smokers are not a protected class.

The truth is smokers are much more at risk for cancer and you can enjoy your life MORE without smoking.

Though, now my son has decided he would rather cook at McDonalds than work on a house, better cleanliness!
