I have use people finder website but I only get a phone number that is out of service and same address .

I know there are websites like vrbo that can help rent the properties but I would like to know if it's a huge hassle to manage one and if weekly rentals tend to cover the cost or if it's more for personal enjoyment?

Websites such as Trulia and Zillow are not accurate for figuring out the ARV of a specific property.

This is big because when I try new systems it takes time learning what the software is capable of doing and what it lacks and getting used to using it.Streamlines Processes - The more websites you have to flip through to get your work done, the more complex your system is, the more layers you add to your work process the more time, money and resources you waste to get work done.

@Ollie Gray IVIf you have the funds to buy a house there are a lot of proponents around this website that like the idea of buying a duplex or a home with a rentable basement or something.
