A tenant can dodge service, can file an answer claiming the service was improper, can claim the residence is uninhabitable requiring an inspection and can challenge the eviction in court and go all the way to a jury trial whether or not there is any basis to their claims.

To clarify, the lease is going to be for 6 months, as a trial period.

Our company has remodeled or built several commercial projects, (offices, medical clinics, etc.) and I am familiar with the ADA requirements in that space.
