@Jonathan Shnoravorian, pros asset protection, cons more paperwork and administration, more cost, harder to secure loans.Out of state investors tend to have a harder time finding financing as it is, when you start creating blind entities and holding companies across states, many lenders become very fearful and will not lend.  

It is just approaching it the right way, and just blindly reaching out with the seller financing won't get much luck.

I hate picking out finishes to be honest, im partially color blind.

Well for my investor it makes more sense to invest in a blind pool with diversified assets than to evaluate each and every single deal. 

Also a decent inspection is important because if are so fortunate to foreclose on the property be sure that its something that you want and not to go around blindly fronting cash for liens because you only get your money back when its paid off.sorry for the wall of text.

Just like your oversea trips you can spend your money setting a series of blind ownerships or you can invest to make money. 

There's no blind bid like a regular sale.

I am going to move on and learn some things from these forums that will benefit me instead of lingering around on here like a puppy dog who has nothing else to do but to keep barking on here.So if you know someone is breaking the law, but it doesn’t affect YOU, just simply turn a blind eye?

What even shocked me more is that apparently board members of the RICH Club know about his actions but they have chosen to turn a blind eye to it.
