Do not forget people not buildings make a community.Here are a few thoughts...1)  People should NEVER move into a food desert. 

It is scientific fact that there are foods that cause depression.

My husband works in finance and I work in food safety for our W2's, we also have an 18 mo. old son.

You'll know the details better than I do, just some food for thought.Best of luck!

I've been looking to eventually buy a +3000sqft property in Germantown to list with 12-15 beds to cater to big groups so I've used both sites to run my projections. 

After several years of affirmation from the city that they were not looking to restrict Short Term Rentals, just pay taxes, it seems they have flip-flopped and catered to a few, very vocal neighbors.
