I went to Costa Rica nearly 20 years ago looking at property.

Was considering looking i to a beach town in Costa Rica or Mexico.

Each person wanting to embark on this should consult their state department of finance or who ever controls mortgage activity .. give a letter in writing as to your proposed business model and have the state right you back with what's required.. very easy to do usually cost a few bucks..

Windows cost a lot of money.Get some quotes and give them to the tenant along with a notice saying it will be billed to them if not remedied.Give them a time frame for it all.

We might be able to cut some corners and get the cost a little lower as well.

We do not know where to complain and lawyers cost a lot of money.

Millington has no city taxes but I'm sure Cordova area will rent a lot higher although the properties may also cost a bit more.

And the professional crew would have done a better job.I'm a fan of not having employees unless they're absolutely necessary...it really does cost a lot in overhead and in some cases, lost productivity.
