Tape the notices to the door right over the door lock take a photo that it's been posted, I put over the lock because they have to remove it to enter.. so I know they got the notice if I go back.The cost for you to file your own eviction action is of course less than a attorney would charge and if he has to go to court for you I bet his charges would be more.. 8.

I bet the old tenant is blowing smoke About talking to a lawyer  Stop stressing and either pay her or give her your lawyers name so her lawyer can send any communications to yor lawyer.

We still figuring things out because having a property free and clear feels so much better than having mortgages I bet but I think we have to look at This as a business that has to be grown. idk I'm still a newbie but thats how what I see now.Also we're renting for $1,100 a month. what can be the exit strategy for this with our banks issues at the moment  ?

It's a safe and smart bet to get rid of your student debt. 6.5% beats the S&P 500 average and so it certainly wouldn't be foolish to pay that off.
