I think the days of growing a portfolio through a company like that are done as well. 

I am currently with State Farm but they will not renew the policy after May 2025. 

If you have the sellers, the buyers will start reaching out - it likely wont work for some of them and then you can ask what they are looking for and build relationships that way.

I ended taking over the listing and screening tenants on my own through Zillow.

I like to go with the motto, Trust but Verify.
