If you choose you could advertise for a replacement and make sure he understands he must keep the unit in immaculate condition. 

Choosing a prequalified buyer is another excellent piece of advice for investors just starting with REI.

It's great for them but be very careful when choosing finishes.

Personally I would not invest in rentals in a HOA and as a landlord would never want renters in a Condo unit I choose to live in.

Pick and choose which episodes interest you most, or start from episode one and listen in order.

Choosing not to invest because of irrational fears is not a good idea.
