Worthwhile?

Hang on for a few years and see if it's worth while to reposition

That being said, it would be worth while to check out other sales in the community.

I am a "strict" landlord but always with a smile and a friend voice unless needed, i.e. honey versus finger.While I hate to say "no" or be the meanie I provide options that make it worth while to me and my time. 

It made getting my agent’s license worth while, and I set 2-3 other projects in motion over the same time period, so yes, the effort was worth it many times over.

Without calling out companies, I know that this world can be a bit of a dirty world where there are many 'gurus'/ mentors that do take advantage of people where those people have no way of making their investment into the education services a worthwhile one.  

I've also heard from people right on these very boards (go to the guru forum) that the content is terrible.But, like I said, I found the 3-day training to be very worthwhile.

Sometimes you have to pick your battles and this doesn't sound like a worthwhile battle to fight -- you can spend your time in more productive ways.

The investment is worthwhile itself. 

If that doesn't work, then the deal is not worthwhile.
