YUP exactly pretty much every mid western deep south large rust belt city each have thousands of homes fore sale under 250k and most have 1k to 10k vacant homes per city.. and then you go out into the country side of rural  mid west and hundreds of thousands of homes under 200k.

I live in Western PA and I have been looking here as well.

I think there's an element of our culture as westerners (specifically a culture built around more, better, faster) that allows us to play the comparison game, but it doesn't cause our discontentment or our lack of happiness. 

It started in Feb after Ukraine invasion and russia oil embargo by the western country.

Currently the whole western side of the building issloped toward the building the water is leaking in to the cellar andbasement unit apartment.

I'm in Western Illinois.

There are lots of great states, like Wyoming and other beautiful western states.I am just one person and one experience.

@Andrew Smith the south coast of Massachusetts and western Massachusetts still has some great deals on multifamilies as well as most of the major cities in Rhode Island such as Pawtucket, central falls, woonsocket and parts of providence.

They both share a history of having started during western expansion, and evolved from mining/railroad/transportation hub towns to ranching/agriculture to energy. 

I started mine at least 10 units in western NC where I lived for while and learned great deal of manage the properties.
