Most were very tiny, about 250 square feet.This building was originally an old hardware store, and during the WW II housing crisis in the Bay Area, made into as many units as it could handle, with a few one-bedrooms thrown in. 

Could you just put a tiny home on it and rent that out? 

I grew up in the Bay Area and was going to move home to do sales and get a tiny 1 bd studio with my girlfriend.

That teeny little section makes charge offs deleted.

I have them in my tiny studio now, and it makes me feel like I'm in a meat locker LOL.

Funny thing is I called the agent about another property on the street with student rentals already there but the rent was very low since the rooms were tiny.

Just seems like when you're living in HCOL, owning/renting 4-5 homes in tiny cities in the midwest just won't pay your own mortgage. 

The house is tiny, so most things we should be able to do ourselves.
