The novelty factor of the tree hugging drifter life style is short lived and defiantly not something I would ever want to see in my neighbours back yard.Maybe outside the city limits but those already exist, they are called Manufactured Home Communities.

It came with an active private airport that we had to decommission because the insurance costs were higher than the rental income.Airstrip is 2000 ft long and the lot is 500 feet long.I was interested in developing a community of "cottage" style apartments on this lot.

You're either an investor or you're a chump with a license working a crappy job dealing with other people's crappy houses and trying to earn a tiny percent of the deal that will be highly taxed earned income and a mound of paperwork which will distract you from actually making any real money.Refer them to some idiot with his face on the bus bench and take 25% of the net commission.
